We appreciate your recent purchase of our products and sincerely apologize for any problems you have had with your order. We will do our absolute best to try and resolve any issues and will do our best to look into the issues so these problems do not occur again. Please let us take the opportunity to help fix any problems with your order before writing a review.
Here you will find our Returns Policy. By purchasing from nerveandnature.com you agree to the terms and conditions of our return policy. Please read our policy to see if your return qualifies. How do I request a return?
In your email include your full name, phone number you can be reached at, a good time to call you if there is one, the problem you have had with your order, and proof of purchase. If your order has been damaged or is faulty we require you to send us pictures of the damaged product and the box it shipped in so that we can determine the best course of action to take in helping you with your refund.
Always open the box and check your item for damage before signing for it. Signing for your package acknowledges that the package was delivered to you without damage. This helps alleviate any questions about damages that occurred during the shipping process to better facilitate the return.
Items that can be returned?
nerveandnature.com accepts refunds for faulty or broken items. If you are dissatisfied with the look of your product due to sizing issues etc. please contact us and we will be able to assist you in an exchange or store credit. Used items and Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Because of the growing problem with Return Fraud we will not be able to accept any returns that do not meet these conditions.
How long do I have to make a return?
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery of your product. If you are not sure if you are within your 15 day window try looking up your tracking number this should tell you what date the package was delivered to your residence. The timeframe you have to inquire about a return is 15 days from that date. The sooner you make your inquiry the better!
How will I receive my refund?
You can choose to either receive store credit or have a replacement item sent out to you. We do not do cash back refunds unless circumstances occurred as a result of non-delivery, or broken, damaged product(s).
To receive a replacement item you will need to acquire a Return Authorization number from us to include on the item’s package you will be sending back to us. Returned items must be shipped out within 15 days of receiving your return authorization number.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Like people returns are all different and should be treated with importance and care. We will try to handle all returns as quickly and effectively as possible. Timeframes may vary but could take up to 60 – 90 days from time of inquiry depending on the situation and holiday or seasonal time periods. After I email my request for refund and pictures, whats next?
After we have received your request we will review all of the information and let you know if your item qualifies for a refund. If it does in fact qualify you have the choice of receiving store credit or receiving a replacement. In either instance we will have you ship the broken or faulty item back to us free of charge. We will send you an email that includes further instructions on where to send your returned item and an easy step-by-step illustration on how to send your product back along with a Return Authorization Label to put in the box.
I need to cancel my order, how can I do that?
We’re sorry to hear that you need to cancel your order. For cancellations we ask you make this as soon as possible for the easiest and shortest process. You can submit order cancellation before payment has been made on the website. You can also cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse for a full refund. After the product has been shipped out of our warehouse you will need to wait to receive the product for cancellation and return of the product, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date you received the product for cancellation. After 15 days of the delivery date we cannot process returns or cancellations as part of our cancellations and returns policy.
